Software Engineer, Growth
Work with thirdweb’s marketing and growth teams to ideate, build, and ship experiments that drive platform growth. Build web pages, growth loops, consumer crypto applications, and applications using thirdweb Nebula, while measuring activation success and elevating thirdweb’s presence among web3 developers.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, build, and ship growth experiments.
- Plan, design, build, and implement web pages and growth loops.
- Implement referral schemes, airdrops, NFT giveaways, email-capture flows, and data loops.
- Build, test, and iterate applications until they are production-ready.
- Own the end-to-end process of brainstorming, delivery, and measuring activation success.
- Build consumer crypto applications using full-stack tools.
- Build applications using thirdweb Nebula.
- Elevate thirdweb’s voice of authority among the web3 development community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-stack web development experience, preferably focused on front-end development.
- Experience with JavaScript web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Docusaurus, plus TypeScript or Node.js.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and take complete ownership of deliverables.
- Curiosity about technology outside direct expertise and an appetite for learning.
- Self-starter able to propose and execute technical solutions to ambiguous growth problems.
- Ability to make calculated tradeoffs to meet customer and business needs.
- Bonus: experience with developer-first products, SDKs, API design, or technical documentation.
- Bonus: blockchain development experience interacting with wallets or smart contracts.
- Bonus: familiarity with EVM, L2, Solana, Flow, NEAR, or Cosmos.
- Bonus: experience writing shared library code for Android and iOS.
