- Contribute to the development of front-end experiences for the Android Search App by collaborating with cross-functional partners (PM, UX) on team projects.
- Implement features, writing high-quality, testable code with guidance and support from senior team members.
- Test assigned features across various environments (teamfood, dogfood, production) and assist in triaging product or system issues.
- Manage assigned work to meet deadlines, proactively communicating progress and escalating technical challenges.
- Leverage AI development tools to optimize daily workflows.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with Android application development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Kotlin, Integration Testing, Experiment Design, Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- User-facing product development experience.
- Android/mobile experience preferred.
