Software Engineer III, Google Cloud, Google Threat Intelligence

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Design and implement complex features for medium-to-large projects, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables separately.
- Research, design, and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for various security-related use cases (e.g., natural language understanding of threat intelligence, automated report generation, intelligent query processing).
- Architect and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks, such as automated malware analysis, threat hunting, or incident response support.
- Own the entire life-cycle of AI-powered features, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with Vertex AI and AI Platform.
- 2 years of experience with software development in Python or Go, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain, particularly with malware analysis, threat hunting, or digital risk protection.
