Software Engineer, Platform (Developer Experience)

Own and scale Lovable's developer experience by improving engineering workflows, reliability, and productivity. Build or integrate application frameworks, develop the observability stack, integrate AI-driven development tools, and drive reliability improvements across engineering.

Responsibilities

• Bring order and structure to the codebase.
• Integrate or build application frameworks for a growing engineering organization.
• Own and develop the observability stack from instrumentation through presentation.
• Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
• Identify and drive reliability improvements across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.
• 7+ years of experience working in a platform team supporting developer experience, observability, CI/CD, application frameworks, or productivity tooling.
• Experience writing code and tools for growing engineering organizations in scale-ups.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
• Knowledge of security, stability, speed, and related trade-offs.
• Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate.
