Software Engineer - Solutions
Work directly with Alchemy's strategic customers as a strategic advisor, systems architect, product collaborator, and technical point of contact. Write code, help customers scale and optimize infrastructure, translate developer needs into product insights, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and BD.
Responsibilities
- Write code to help users unlock the full potential of Alchemy's stack
- Help teams design, scale, and optimize Alchemy's infrastructure
- Understand customer goals and help them onboard, integrate, and ship products
- Translate developer community needs into product insights and roadmap priorities
- Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts
- Work across Product, Engineering, and BD to improve the user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Engineering
- Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture
- Experience working directly with customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure
- Comfort writing and reading Python, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to builders and executives
- Passion for blockchain, crypto, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience at a high-growth startup or scaling a product is a bonus
