Software Engineer - Web Application, Front-end (Javascript/React)

Build scalable web-based user interfaces and trading tools for a financial market maker, primarily focused on frontend development with potential backend work.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable web-based user interfaces and trading tools
• Implement real-time trading tools
• Implement visualization, analysis, and reporting tools
• Design intuitive user interfaces
• Collaborate with traders and developers to understand requirements
• Work on backend development when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with React, Angular, Node, REST APIs, and WebSockets
• Experience with Git and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or KDB
• Object-oriented design skills
• Familiarity with Java
• Python experience
• Interest in trading and financial markets
• UI design and implementation examples or website work
