Job Description:

As a Solutions Architect/Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a large system that includes hybrid cloud and on-premises Kubernetes clusters. Your main focus will be on modernizing the existing system, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing costs to align with mission objectives and budget constraints.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong skill set that includes expertise in Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Cisco Networking, Red Hat Linux, Containers (Docker/Podman), Helm, Dell Server Management, HP Server Management, System Architecture, DevSecOps, Container Management, Ansible, and Terraform. Your experience with these tools and processes will be crucial in effectively managing the system architecture, implementing DevSecOps practices, and ensuring efficient container. Additionally, your familiarity with Dell and HP server management will be beneficial in maintaining the infrastructure of the deployed system.

Overall, your role as a Tech Lead will require you to have a deep understanding of various technologies and the ability to leverage them to enhance the system's performance and reliability. By utilizing your expertise in these areas, you will play a key role in driving the success of the organization's IT initiatives.

The work you'll do:

Lead the modernization efforts of the deployed system.
Determine enhancements needed for the system.
Optimize costs to meet mission and budget needs.
Manage hybrid cloud and on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
Implement system architecture best practices.
Implement DevSecOps practices.
Manage containerization using Docker/Podman.
Utilize Ansible and Terraform for automation tasks.
Oversee Dell and HP server management.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations of the system.

10+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Kubernetes and/or Helm, Ansible
- DevSecOps
- Authentication and Identity Management
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Cisco Networking
- Red Hat Linux
- Containers (Docker/Podman) and Container Management
- Terraform
- Dell Server Management and HP Server Management
- System Architectore

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
