Solution Architect
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help define and deliver the future state of end user technology across one of Australia's largest healthcare and aged care organisations.
This 12-month fixed-term opportunity will focus on strategic technology architecture, analysing current environments and designing future-state solutions that improve the experience of thousands of frontline and corporate users.
This is an opportunity to influence major technology decisions across device management, endpoint modernisation, unified communications and workplace technology strategy.
What You'll Be Working On
• Future-state Mobile Device Management strategy
• Microsoft Intune architecture and modern endpoint management
• Device lifecycle and asset management initiatives
• Windows Autopilot and provisioning strategy
• Evaluation and replacement planning for legacy SCCM-based solutions
• Frontline workforce technology and device experience
• Unified Communications strategy across Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex
• Technology pilots, solution assessment and business case development
• Recommendations that support enterprise budgeting and technology investment decisions
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical architecture capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
You will bring:
• Proven Solution Architecture experience
• Strong Microsoft Intune expertise
• Experience designing Mobile Device Management solutions
• Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience across endpoint management and workplace technology platforms • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
• The ability to engage with both frontline business stakeholders and technical teams
• Exposure to asset management and device lifecycle management is highly regarded
• Experience with Teams, Webex or Unified Communications platforms will be advantageous
What's On Offer
• 12-month fixed-term contract
• $160,000 to $180,000 base salary plus superannuation
• NFP salary packaging benefits
• Hybrid working model
• One day per week in the office, potentially increasing to two
