Solution Developer (Excel / Payroll)

Responsibilities:

Design and build Excel templates for payroll calculations, for validating payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local regulations. This includes but not limited to implementing formulas, conditional logic, pivot tables, and data validation rules.
Collaborate with payroll teams across regions to understand requirements and customize templates accordingly.
Ensuring payroll accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness across multiple regions.
Create documentation and user guides for template usage and maintenance.
Developing advanced Excel templates for payroll calculations, data validation, and compliance checks.

Requirements

Detail-oriented and technically proficient Excel Expert to support payroll operations
Good Term Player
Strong excel experience
