Solutions Consultant

This client-facing role connects commercial success with technical credibility. The Solutions Consultant works with compliance teams at crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and fintechs to understand customer needs, demonstrate Elliptic products, support enterprise account strategy, and translate complex technical capabilities into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demos and best-practice sessions.
• Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Support new business and upsell opportunities with pre-sales expertise.
• Map complex customer workflows for high-value clients.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify compliance, operational, and regulatory pain points.
• Translate technical concepts into commercial benefits.
• Create and maintain product-demo best practices.
• Maintain product and API knowledge to resolve customer queries.
• Design and execute Enterprise customer implementation plans.
• Identify and solve integration challenges.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due-diligence requests.
• Act as a technical contact for strategic partners and co-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate on blockchain intelligence examples and use cases.
• Translate research findings into sales talk tracks.
• Identify relevant local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales within Crypto, Blockchain, FinTech, or RegTech.
• Strong understanding of crypto compliance, including AML, sanctions, VASPs, and MiCA.
• Experience running product demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong discovery and consultative skills.
• Experience with APIs, integration workflows, and complex technology products.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, transaction tracing, or on-chain intelligence is a bonus.
• Experience with banks and enterprise financial institutions is a bonus.
• Experience automating processes with AI, scripting, or innovative tools is a bonus.
• Familiarity with CRM, productivity, automation, documentation, or data-visualization tools is a bonus.
• Coding or scripting experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript is a bonus.
