About the Role:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging procurement best practices, preferred suppliers, and compliance programs to drive effective sourcing outcomes.

  • Lead sourcing and supplier management activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, onboarding, contract awards, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring adherence to C&W, client, and governance requirements.

  • Manage supplier performance and procurement operations, building strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable commercial terms, tracking KPIs, and supporting transparent reporting and technology-enabled procurement improvements.

  • Drive cost optimization and process efficiency by analyzing spend data, leading RFP/tender processes, identifying savings opportunities, and continuously improving procurement workflows, tools, and procedures.

  • Oversee contract management and team leadership, including contract negotiation, renewals, compliance management, and mentoring procurement professionals while collaborating effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred, with at least 5 years of procurement management experience in a complex, global environment.

  • Strong expertise in procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, vendor management, and contract negotiation, with proven ability to manage commercial agreements and drive procurement outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience working with APAC suppliers and regional markets, including supplier sourcing, relationship management, compliance requirements, and navigating diverse cultural and business environments across Asia Pacific.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and cultures while leading and developing procurement professionals.

  • Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, knowledge of global procurement regulations and compliance requirements, and experience in a shared services environment being an advantage.
