Description:
- 5 days work week
- Basic up to $9.600 + Bonuses
Jobscope:
- Champion robust processes/methods that meet requirements of airworthiness authorities and OEM’s by performing regular audits & follow-up action plan.
- To champion initiatives in Lean Sigma practices, HSE, Ergonomics, standardizing best practices in all Value Streams for the special processes in compliance with Group-level policies.
- Lead the improvement projects utilizing Lean-Sigma methodology to meet Policy Deployment initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership & resources to resolve issues pertaining to repair/overhaul of landing gears & related components.
- Establish new special process capability as well as providing training to workshop personnel.
- Provides system engineering and technical support to maximize plant reliability, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Lead the renovation, facilities improvement and upgrading project works.
