Job Description

• Lead Serasa's fraud recovery products.
• Translate strategic objectives into prioritized opportunities, initiatives, and roadmaps.
• Ensure product decisions are connected to business results and company objectives.
• Conduct and support discovery processes, hypothesis validation, and product strategy definition.
• Orchestrate alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure quality in execution, clarity of priorities, and a focus on generating value for customers and the business.
• Support the building of a product culture based on data, continuous learning, and experimentation.
• Evolution of strategic results for the domain under your responsibility.
• Lead account and card products within the credit marketplace.
• Quality and predictability of roadmap execution.
• Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to transform strategy into measurable business impact.
