Job Responsibilities
Quality Culture & Sustainability
Assist in driving a culture of quality excellence, innovation, agility and sustainability to encourage work efficiency and continuous improvement of procedures, activities and workflow management.
Integrated Management System (IMS) & Continuous Improvement
Ensure IMS compliance to relevant standards, regulatory (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HSA, GMP, Halal), customer requirements and assist on the reporting of the performance of the IMS to Top Management.
Oversee and coordinate with relevant functions for IMS-related change management, risk management, environmental aspect & impact management, continuous improvement and IMS objectives monitoring.
Prepare for and coordinate Management Review meeting.
Conduct IMS induction/ IMS-related training sessions for team members and other relevant parties when required.
Document Control & Audit Management
Ensure and maintain proper IMS document controls, including maintaining document access and coordinating with document owners for procedure review and improvement.
Organise and conduct IMS internal and external audits based on audit schedule and required ISO 19011 guidelines, including audits on external providers.
Reporting of internal and external audit results, and ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions by process owners, including changes to IMS-related procedures when necessary.
Customer Satisfaction Management
Design and maintain global customer satisfaction survey for data-based measurement of satisfaction across the holistic customer experience and enable group-level KPI.
Utilise survey data to monitor and report customer satisfaction for group-level KPI; serve as customer advocate to business teams and coordinate with respective business units to drive enhancement of customer satisfaction scores.
External Provider Quality Management (EPQM)
Work with relevant functions to provide evaluation for the selection and ongoing performance of external providers; monitor and ensure required improvement of external providers based on external provider quality management (EPQM).
Halal Management & Certification
Communicate and coordinate effectively across functions for required Halal-related operations; liaise with external providers for required Halal documentation for applicable materials/ products.
Maintain continued Halal certification of products and coordinate new/ development/ renewal Halal certification applications when necessary.
Cost of Quality Methodology
Assist in developing and implementing Cost of Quality methodology including training of business units, data collection, measurement, analysis, reporting, and enable group-level reporting.
Measure and analyse cost data to identify cost drivers and root causes; propose prioritization of improvements to improve quality and lower costs; coordinate with and oversee relevant business units’ implementation of improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (preferably in Quality Management, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or relevant engineering).
Preferably 2 years of working experience in quality-related functions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
Good knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
Experience in quality auditing, implementation of CAPA and quality improvement projects preferred.
Experience in a GMP environment or knowledge of GMP and/or ISO 9001 a plus.
Certifications such as Quality Auditor/Quality Engineer will be an advantage.
Stringent compliance to procedures, guidelines, standards and regulations.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
Self-starter, good at working well independently with initiatives.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective planning, coordination, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Time management skills (scheduling, prioritising) to meet deadlines.
