Specifications Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Market Education

Promote company products and solutions through various channels, including presentations, seminars, and marketing materials
Conduct technical presentations and provide training to educate specifiers about company products and solutions
Provide technical support, product knowledge, and guidance

Specification and CRM Tracking

dentify and engage with specifiers (architects, consultants, developers) early in the design process to influence product selection
Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and ensure a unified approach to product specification
Maintain and update CRM and specification tracking systems to monitor project progress and track specifications

Building Relationship with Professionals across the market

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure product specifications
Plan and conduct quarter/annual activities relevant to PR development

Creating Sales

Deliver increased brand awareness and higher sales results in innovative and new products in the Region through projects and specification demand generation
Increase pipeline and conversion rate with existing products & new product lines
Increase specified pipeline and ensuring progressive product specification which is difficult to break by the competition
Work closely with the project sales team to both support and fully maximize the project business across the region
identify key channels and relevant targets in the region: Hotels - Residential - Healthcare and respective primary professionals’ targets
