Sr. DevOps Engineer
Lead Unlimit's DevOps transformation by establishing best practices, defining standards, and building platforms that enable reliable, scalable software delivery. Architect company-wide CI/CD strategies, design golden pipelines, implement GitOps-based deployments and progressive delivery, embed governance and observability, and integrate AI-driven capabilities into the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Architect company-wide CI/CD strategies
- Design golden pipelines
- Implement GitOps-based deployments and progressive delivery methods
- Embed governance, observability, and guardrails alongside Platform and Security teams
- Identify and integrate AI-driven capabilities into the delivery lifecycle such as predictive failure detection, automated root cause analysis, and intelligent code quality checks
- Build platforms that enable teams to deliver with confidence
Requirements
- 4+ years architecting and operating CI/CD systems at scale, including Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, or ArgoCD
- 3+ years of production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh integration
- Expert-level GitOps implementation with Argo CD, Flux CD, Terraform, and Policy-as-Code tools such as OPA and Kyverno
- 3+ years designing cloud-native CI/CD architectures; AWS required, Azure/GCP a plus
- Experience with custom metrics, instrumentation, log aggregation, and large-scale monitoring
- Experience with eBPF-based observability is a plus
- Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, or Jenkins certifications are a plus
