Sr Direct Hire Recruiter
The Sr Direct Hire Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and placing top talent into permanent career opportunities across a variety of industries. This role partners closely with hiring managers, sales executives, and clients to deliver exceptional recruiting solutions while creating outstanding candidate experiences.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative recruiting approach, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation ranges from $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 yearly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and post-placement follow-up.
- Conduct detailed client intake meetings to understand technical requirements, culture, compensation, and hiring priorities.
- Develop recruiting strategies tailored to each search.
- Source active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and successfully close candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-up after placement to ensure successful onboarding and long-term retention.
- As the team grows, may lead a team of 1-2 recruiters while also producing
- Local onsite client visits as needed
Candidate Development
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Coach candidates on resumes, interviewing, compensation expectations, and career decisions.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Client Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to clients.
- Provide market intelligence regarding compensation, hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
- Offer recommendations on job descriptions, interview processes, and recruiting strategies.
- Maintain a sense of urgency while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Executives to support existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate across PROMAN, PeopleShare, Skilled Trades, Strategic Accounts, and field operations under the company’s One Team philosophy.
- Share recruiting best practices and market intelligence across business units.
- Assist with difficult-to-fill positions by leveraging company-wide recruiting resources.
Recruiting Metrics
Maintain performance standards including:

- Client satisfaction

- Revenue and gross margin goals
