募集職種
シニアパフォーマンスマーケティングスペシャリストは、新規顧客獲得およびLTV最大化に向け、データドリブンなパフォーマンスマーケティング施策の企画・実行・分析・最適化をリードします。ウェブおよびアプリのUAチャネルをインハウスで運営し、効率的な予算配分とROIの最大化を通じて事業成長に貢献します。
主な業務内容
- UAチャネルの直接運営および最適化:
- 外部代理店を介さず、検索広告、SNS広告、ディスプレイ広告、アフィリエイトなど主要なオンライン獲得チャネルのキャンペーンを直接設計、実行、管理し、日次ベースでの最適化を実施します。
- ブランディングチャネル（TV、CTV等）のマーケティング戦略立案および実行を支援し、効率的な効果測定メカニズムを構築の上、成果分析を行います。
- デイリー、ウィークリーベースでKPI（CPA、ROAS、CVR等）を追跡し、パフォーマンス上のボトルネックを特定します。データを基盤とし、ビジネス成長に貢献する実行可能なインサイトを抽出します。
- A/Bテストを通じて、広告クリエイティブ、ターゲティング、訴求軸等を改善し、マーケティング効率を向上させます。
- マーケティング予算のトラッキングと、目標CPA/ROASに基づいたチャネル別投資配分計画の立案および実行により、効率的な支出を確保します。
- 顧客獲得予測モデルの構築および定期的なレビューを行います。
- キャンペーン成果データに基づき、効果的な広告クリエイティブおよびメッセージングの要件をインハウスのデザイン/クリエイティブチームに提供し、実行を監督します。
- 広告プラットフォーム（Google Ads、Meta Ads、TikTok等）や測定ツール、BIツール（Tableau、Adriel等）を最大限に活用し、正確かつ深層的なトラッキングと分析環境を維持します。
応募資格
基本資格
- パフォーマンスマーケティング実績: 広告代理店もしくはインハウスにおいて、7年以上のウェブおよびアプリのパフォーマンスマーケティングキャンペーン運営実務経験。
- KPIおよびROIへの強い意識: CPA、ROAS、LTV等の獲得指標に責任を持ち、予算効率を重視したPDCAを遂行できる能力。
- 分析能力: 複雑なデータセットを分析し、実行可能なインサイトを導出する能力。
- 主要な広告プラットフォーム（例：Google Ads、Meta Ads、TikTok等）の深い運営および最適化経験。
- モバイルアトリビューションプラットフォーム（MMP）に関する深い知見と運用経験。
- テクノロジー、クリエイティブ、ビジネスチームと協業してプロジェクトを推進できる協調性とコミュニケーション能力。
- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル）による優れたコミュニケーション能力。
歓迎資格
- フードデリバリー業界の経験: 競合が激しいフードデリバリービジネスにおけるマーケティング経験。
- 韓国語でのコミュニケーション能力、または韓国のチームとの業務経験。
- マーケティング、経営学、統計学、または関連分野の学士号。
