Job Description:
Actively carry out the introduction and promotion of company products within the designated territory, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with medical institutions, and ensure the achievement of all work objectives assigned by the company.
Responsibilities:
Territory Objectives
- Achieve work objectives for designated products within the assigned territory, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses.
- Develop and implement visit plans for medical institutions in accordance with the company's specified coverage and visit frequency requirements.
- Utilize appropriate promotional techniques and effectively use product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling inquiries) to medical institutions, ensuring they understand and accept the product's characteristics.
- Maintain a high standard of professional visits, continuously improve medical institution satisfaction, and build long-term, positive cooperative relationships.
- Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the smooth completion of work objectives.
- Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product hospital listing plans.
- Organize specialized academic activities to promote products according to the company's promotional strategies.
Territory Management
- Establish objectives and plans for the assigned territory through territory objective management to achieve expected work goals and develop potential markets within the territory.
- Establish, update, provide feedback on, and maintain detailed and accurate medical institution records, and use this information to develop action plans, schedule visits, and effectively and fully utilize time.
- Regularly analyze the territory situation to identify potential markets as key areas for development.
- Timely notify medical personnel or pharmacy staff at medical institutions regarding information on services, products, prices, supply channels, and market developments.
- Track and understand clinical product demand to ensure reasonable inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and commercial departments to maintain good business relationships with experts in hospitals to facilitate successful bidding and inclusion in medical insurance formularies.
- Understand competitive products and competitor activities, collect market information on competitive products, report to supervisors in a timely manner, and provide relevant feedback.
- Complete all reports accurately and on time.
- Effectively and reasonably use company expenses and resources.
Product Knowledge
- Master complete and continuously updated product knowledge to ensure that product promotion information remains consistent with the company's marketing department.
- Through continuous learning, become familiar with product-related materials and apply them skillfully and flexibly.
- Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
- Read various medical journals, articles, and reports related to the products.
- Understand knowledge related to competitors' similar products.
Professional Ethics
- Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs, financial policies, and compliance requirements during product promotion and daily work, ensuring personal conduct aligns with company ethical standards and principles.
- Maintain a good professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and behavior consistent with company requirements.

Requirements:
Educational Background
- Associate degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative; experience in foreign pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
