SRE DevOps Engineer

Own production reliability, deployment pipelines, incident response, observability, performance, and reliability guardrails for Kody's next-generation platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement reliability guardrails for AWS applications to meet uptime and SLA requirements.
• Own CI/CD deployment pipelines and repository management through GitHub.
• Lead rapid-response troubleshooting during production incidents and conduct blameless post-mortems.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect and mitigate anomalies.
• Support cross-border technical alignment between US operations and international engineering teams.

Requirements

• Deep practical experience managing application deployment and runtime environments on AWS.
• Advanced Git workflow and GitHub Actions expertise.
• Strong proficiency with monitoring tools, log management, and scripting for troubleshooting.
• End-to-end ownership of production environment health with strong communication skills.
• High resilience and urgency during high-stakes incidents.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, verbal and written, is mandatory.
