Agora is hiring a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to provide technical leadership for application development strategy and implementation, with a focus on onchain governance and decentralized applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex systems and foundational infrastructure components.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Drive Agora's application development strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• Backend-leaning full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with how crypto applications interface with protocols.
• Experience using and building decentralized applications.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to software craft and quality.
