Staff Backend Engineer

Build and scale core backend technologies and infrastructure for the World ID protocol and ecosystem. Architect reliable, secure, decentralized, and privacy-preserving systems; provide technical leadership; mentor engineers; lead complex initiatives; and shape the platform's technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build mission-critical backend systems.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
