Staff Get Staff - Bureau De Change Sales Executive MY

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies;
Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;
To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB;
Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;
Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;
Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;
Manage offsite BDC whenever required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma holders in any discipline.
SPM holders with minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail sales or customer service, are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Must be willing to work on shift hours.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
