Staff Infrastructure Engineer
Build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure of an enterprise reconciliation application. Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure design, deployment, and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance, own feature delivery, and advance engineering excellence through standard methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain infrastructure for the enterprise reconciliation application.
- Collaborate with wider technical teams on infrastructure design, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and own feature delivery as a technical domain leader.
- Implement standard methodologies for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale distributed infrastructure.
- 4+ years serving as a technical lead and mentoring engineers.
- Deep expertise in Linux and Windows server environments.
- Strong AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure experience.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Spark, MSSQL, and high-volume transactional workloads, ideally in finance.
- Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Track record building scalable, available, and secure infrastructure using Agile practices.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
