Staff Product Designer
Design global consumer finance applications, including deposit and withdrawal flows across assets, payment methods, currencies, countries, and account types. The role emphasizes craft, usability, visual quality, and improving the product from day one.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for global consumer finance applications
- Design adaptable deposit and withdrawal flows across assets, payment methods, currencies, and countries
- Deliver personalized, delightful user experiences by simplifying underlying complexity
- Collaborate with frontend engineers on feasible, high-quality implementations
- Identify and initiate product and design improvements
- Maintain a high standard of visual detail and craft
Requirements
- 6+ years of product or interaction design experience, including staff or lead-level experience
- Experience designing consumer-facing financial or crypto products
- Mastery of Figma and component-based design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating complete experiences, craft, and design thinking
- Strong grasp of motion design and usability-focused animation
- Comfort collaborating directly with frontend engineers using React and CSS
- Exceptional attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and interaction detail
- Highly autonomous and able to define problems, direction, and execution
- Clear communication with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders
