Staff Product Manager, Compute

Own the strategy and execution of Crusoe Cloud’s core compute capabilities across GPU and CPU infrastructure, bare metal, virtualized compute, and orchestration layers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute compute product strategy
  • Translate AI workload requirements into product capabilities
  • Drive roadmap decisions across GPU generations, server architectures, and cluster topologies
  • Deliver fleet-level provisioning, lifecycle management, observability, and performance optimization
  • Coordinate with networking and storage product teams
  • Define pricing and packaging models
  • Incorporate customer feedback into roadmap prioritization
  • Lead cross-functional execution from concept through launch
  • Develop executive narratives and decision materials
  • Represent compute strategy internally and externally

Requirements

  • Experience delivering infrastructure or platform products
  • Understanding of virtualization, containerization, distributed systems, and large-scale cluster operations
  • Familiarity with GPU-based workloads and AI infrastructure
  • Experience working across hardware and software boundaries
  • Ability to balance technical trade-offs, customer requirements, and infrastructure economics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams
  • Strong communication skills
