Staff Senior Staff Frontend Engineer Customer Genius and BOSS
You architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend solutions for internal and customer-facing platforms. You use AI coding tools, build reusable AI extensions and component libraries, improve CI/CD and developer workflows, and collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to create intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain performant and scalable frontend solutions
- Use AI coding agents and tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Design and maintain reusable AI extensions, custom skills, MCP servers, and tool integrations
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries, plugins, and shared modules
- Build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, code generation, and AI-assisted workflow automation
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to create intuitive interfaces
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Production experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with AI coding tools and agents such as Claude Code and Cursor
- Experience or strong interest in AI-powered features, chat interfaces, LLM integrations, agent orchestration, or conversational UX
- Familiarity with MCP, custom skill and tool authoring, or AI agent extensibility patterns
- Understanding of frontend packaging workflows and tools such as npm, webpack, and git
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and frontend debugging
