Staff/Senior Staff Frontend Engineer - Growth

You architect, develop, and maintain high-performance frontend solutions for growth-focused user experiences. You use AI coding tools, create reusable AI extensions and frontend modules, improve developer workflows and CI/CD, and work with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to turn growth strategies into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain frontend solutions with performance, scalability and continuous integration in mind.
• Leverage AI coding agents and tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Design and maintain reusable AI extensions such as custom skills, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries, plugins, and shared modules consumed across multiple products.
• Build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, code generation, and AI-assisted workflow automation to improve developer experience and engineering velocity.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex business workflows into intuitive interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Production experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI coding tools and agents such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered features, chat interfaces, LLM integrations, agent orchestration, or conversational UX.
• Familiarity with MCP, custom skill and tool authoring, or AI agent extensibility patterns.
• Understanding of frontend packaging workflows and tools such as npm, webpack, and git.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and frontend debugging.
