Build the core services of Tide’s agentic platform, connecting robust backend systems with generative AI. Design APIs, workflow orchestration, and tool integrations; productionise shared AI capabilities; create reliable and observable services; and shape reusable engineering patterns for AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements
- Strong backend or platform engineering experience in production environments
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and service design
- Experience integrating internal and third-party platforms
- Ability to turn emerging needs into robust platform components
- Strong focus on quality, reliability and developer usability
- Experience with AI infrastructure or orchestration
- Experience in highly regulated industries
