Lead projects that scale AI customer and partner integrations and develop GenAI-powered products. Design backend services and frontend applications, collaborate with AI and machine learning engineers, run rapid experiments, evaluate technical and business impact, and improve agentic customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve integrations with AI providers.
- Redefine consumer link experiences for conversational interfaces.
- Architect the trust layer for agentic commerce.
- Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build high-quality frontend applications.
- Architect and implement GenAI-powered products.
- Run rapid experiments.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, product potential, and business impact.
- Improve multi-turn and multi-agent customer support systems.
- Extend agentic systems across the customer journey.

- Backend services experience.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs.
