Staff Software Engineer
Design and deliver major features for authentication and single sign-on services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. Build secure Java microservices and APIs, improve resilience and observability, drive testing and deployment practices, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call incident response.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver authentication and SSO features
- Build secure Java microservices and APIs
- Support authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and integrations
- Make technical decisions about performance, reliability, security, and operations
- Collaborate on solutions through production rollout
- Improve resilience, observability, operability, and deployment safety
- Raise engineering standards for testability and maintainability
- Drive test automation strategy
- Use AI-assisted development practices
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
- Mentor engineers
