Staff Software Engineer, Product
Design, build, and optimize web applications and tools for the Web3 ecosystem. Implement new features and integrations, maintain and improve existing platforms and web interfaces, write clean, performant, and well-tested code, and collaborate closely with designers, infrastructure engineers, and other product engineers to deliver large, complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to design, build, and optimize Web3 products and applications
- Develop new features and integrations to enhance existing experiences
- Maintain and improve current platforms and web interfaces
- Write clean, performant, and well-tested code
- Collaborate closely with designers, infrastructure engineers, and other product engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products
- Deep expertise in JavaScript
- Deep expertise in TypeScript
- Deep expertise in React
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Experience with UX and UI design systems preferred
- Web3 experience or familiarity preferred
- Background in payments, DeFi, or TradFi preferred
