Staff Technical Program Manager
Lead large cross-functional programs linked to Ripple products, partnering with product and engineering teams to set priorities, reduce ambiguity and risk, make data-driven decisions, drive alignment, manage testing dependencies, and build progress dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop cross-product priorities and strategy across liquidity initiatives.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and remove obstacles.
- Make data-driven decisions based on trade-offs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and build consensus.
- Lead and inspire co-leads, counterparts, and TPM colleagues.
- Contribute to technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
- Partner with program, product, and engineering managers to drive alignment.
- Drive testing dependencies across engineering teams.
- Build release, bug, and supervisory dashboards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of release and/or project management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to use data and analytics to track trends and project or system health.
- Working knowledge of software development and Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, and influence without authority.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
- Experience architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.
