Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Staff Test Engineer, you will contribute to the development and production support of Automotive applications, while having the opportunity to expand your knowledge within the semiconductor industry.

• Support team leading by aligning on test methodologies and driving key testing activities
• Develop embedded software for testing, translating concepts into efficient algorithms
• Generate and debug test sequences and automated test equipment patterns on Advantest V93000
• Identify and introduce test package improvements to achieve test time reduction and cost optimization
• Provide data analysis to support decisions and optimize the cost of tests
• Closely team-up with concept, design, verification, characterization, production and technology engineers

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are eager to collaborate with international project teams, and you enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You are innovative and open-minded, and you can work autonomously to solve problems with quality and speed.

• A Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar field of studies
• At least 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in a relevant technical environment
• A strong aptitude for multi-tasking and structured problem-solving
• Experience in embedded programming (C language)
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Perl and Python, for automation and analysis
• Experience with automated test equipment (Advantest V93000 and SmartTest 8) and knowledge of NVM architecture and technology, would be a plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

The stated salary comprises annual base pay and target variable compensation. The starting salary is determined using objective, gender neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, and role scope; prior compensation is not requested or considered.
