Staff UX Product Designer
Lead design for a product vertical and enhance customer experiences through customer-centric, innovative, and intuitive product design. Own the end-to-end design process, maintain high standards across visual design, interaction design, and usability, support product-led growth, evolve the Design System, mentor designers, lead critiques, and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive design for a product vertical.
- Own the end-to-end design process and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
- Maintain excellence in visual design, interaction design, and usability.
- Drive product-led growth through intuitive product experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve the Design System.
- Mentor designers and foster design excellence.
- Lead design critiques, product discussions, and pair-designing sessions.
- Communicate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, including significant cross-functional experience.
- Proven track record delivering design solutions for complex products.
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, information architecture, user research, journey mapping, and persona development.
- Experience with Figma and modern design and research tools.
- Experience contributing to Design Systems.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities balancing user, business, and technical needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Experience in futures trading, financial markets, or investment platforms is a plus.
