Staking Backend Engineer
Analyze and apply on-chain staking protocols and transactions, develop and operate the exchange staking service backend, and run blockchain validator nodes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and apply on-chain staking protocols and transactions
- Develop and operate the exchange staking service backend
- Run and operate blockchain validator nodes
Requirements
- Deep understanding of blockchain staking services
- Deep understanding of the operation of at least one blockchain validator node
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience designing and operating services based on Kotlin or Java and Spring
- Experience analyzing Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana blockchain transactions
- Blockchain node or validator node operation experience preferred
- Deep understanding of smart contracts preferred
- Ability to share knowledge through code reviews and support colleague development
