Обязанности: Marketing strategies and engagement platforms for products and Innovations New product development including concept, pack design, formula, artwork approval, P&L management incl. COGS formulation Lead cross-brand and cross-functional projects Contribute to PO1 / develop single-brand retail media campaigns Contribute to development of long-term and annual strategies and growth programs, co-lead of investment and innovation pipeline Initiate and manage brand research projects Monitoring and deep-dive analysis of brand performance data (market data, internal and sell-out data, consumer data, etc) to evaluate achievement vs. targets and to propose corrective measures and learning's for future development Communication strategy development and execution Brand Visual Identity development in cooperation with Design team Constant consumer/marketing-related trend watching Требования: Recent 5 years experience in FMCG in marketing, brand management Product development experience: concept writing; consumer insights analysis; business case management, retail business specifics understanding Strategic projects experience (Brand strategy, cross-functional strategic projects. etc) Strong communication skills; ability to efficiently operate and achieve results thru teamwork Good analytical skills; high accuracy; ability to work with big amount of data Excellent time and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and engage other people to meet deadlines; High passion to brand building and marketing, constant search for new techniques/technologies to make work more efficient Good knowledge of consumer/media/advertising/design/cultural trends; Strong motivation to learn and gain marketing and beverage category expertise; English: advanced written and verbal Advanced MS Power Point; Excel skills; Photoshop/Illustrator (would be an advantage) Being ready to business trip
