Store Designer – Retail Design & Project Execution

We are a leading apparel retail company seeking a Store Designer to lead the design, planning and execution of our retail store spaces across the region. This role combines creativity and project management, ensuring every store reflects our brand identity while delivering an exceptional customer experience — on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Conceptualize and develop innovative, functional and brand-aligned retail store designs from concept to completion. • Manage store renovation and new store projects — including layout planning, design approval, vendor coordination and on-site supervision. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to ensure design quality, cost efficiency and adherence to timelines. • Resolve design and execution challenges related to layout, lighting, materials and fixture specifications. • Oversee contractor selection, negotiation and performance monitoring to maintain brand standards. • Track and deliver key KPIs — quality, space utilization, timelines and budget compliance.

Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field. • 4+ years’ experience in retail or interior design; project management experience preferred. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design tools. • Strong communication, organization and vendor management skills. • Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Awareness of retail design trends, brand identity and local compliance standards.
