What Success Looks Like
The strongest performers are trusted advisors rather than traditional salespeople. They ask thoughtful questions, uncover risks before launch, educate clients on complex marketing concepts in an approachable way, and develop campaign plans that are realistic, technically sound, and positioned for long-term success.
They prioritize client fit over simply closing deals, understanding that the quality of campaign architecture, implementation planning, and expectation setting directly influences campaign performance, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Additional Information
This position requires curiosity, strategic thinking, and a genuine interest in helping marketers solve acquisition challenges. The successful candidate enjoys learning about clients' businesses, understands the nuances of modern digital marketing, and approaches every engagement with the mindset of building a successful long-term partnership rather than simply completing a transaction.
