Strategic Account Executive - Sweden - Financial Services

Manage strategic enterprise accounts across Sweden, focusing on financial services and insurance. Identify opportunities for conversational AI, lead complex consultative sales cycles, build account strategies, advise senior decision-makers, and coordinate onboarding, deployment, and expansion with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, focused on financial services and insurance.
• Identify business opportunities for conversational AI in financial services.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases translating AI voice technology into measurable value.
• Develop expertise in the conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, conversational agents, and AI voice technology use cases.
• Develop and execute account expansion strategies within the Swedish financial services sector.
• Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
• Educate C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging AI and conversational technology trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Experience selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at Swedish financial institutions.
• Success closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• A strong network in the Swedish financial services landscape and executive presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden.
• Knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
• Passion for voice and audio AI.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish.
• Strong English proficiency.
