Role Overview
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the Energy sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs within the industry, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts within the Energy Segment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular account performance reports to senior management.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are properly fulfilled and customer needs are met.
- Performs additional duties as assigned or required.
