The Position: Strategic Project Coordinator

- Travel will be required as needed, up to 50%

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Managing Directors on strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives
- Support integration activities across acquired and existing operations
- Identify and evaluate business development opportunities and partnerships
- Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects
- Prepare executive presentations, analyses, and other presentation materials as assigned
- Conduct market analysis to support decision-making
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment
- Support executive meeting preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-ups
- Track key milestones, deliverables, and transformation initiatives
- Support internal communication and change management activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
