The Experimentation Strategist is a lead individual contributor who shapes experimentation strategy and drives high-impact analytical initiatives across teams. This role applies deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to influence business direction. This role focus on growing and maintaining the Experimentation Center of Excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze and synthesize large, multi-source datasets to uncover insights.
- Synthesizes complex Empower data to generate actionable insights into customer behaviors and sentiment drivers.
- Shape experimentation strategy to support business and growth objectives.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional experimentation initiatives.
- Leads advanced, multi-source Empower analyses to anticipate customer trends and influence strategic decisions.
- Apply advanced analytical and modeling techniques to complex business problems.
- Advise leaders on experimentation design, interpretation, and trade-offs.
- Influence prioritization and decision-making through strategic insights.
- Contribute to the development of experimentation frameworks and best practices.
- Represent experimentation expertise in cross-functional forums.
- Communicate strategic insights to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or optimization.
- Deep expertise in experimentation design and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategy without formal authority.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs, applying this insight to guide strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across teams or initiatives.
