Job Description:
Responsible for negotiating annual business targets for assigned national retail chain accounts; developing and driving the execution of product promotion plans; conducting regular business follow-ups and reviews with clients to identify issues and develop solutions; and building strong cooperative relationships with management at all levels of the chain accounts to ensure target achievement, while driving growth and increasing category share for company products within these accounts.
Responsibilities:
Business Objectives and Account Management
- Integrate resources, understand the annual strategy of assigned accounts, develop and negotiate annual JBP (Joint Business Plans) aligned with the client's strategic direction, achieve performance targets for designated products, and ensure growth in category share.
- Develop and implement visit plans for chain headquarters in accordance with company regulations and business needs, and coordinate joint visit plans with key branches and local DMs based on regional business requirements.
- Execute and follow up on key projects, perform data analysis, communicate findings to clients and LM (Line Manager) in a timely manner, and jointly develop solutions for relevant issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provincial retail policy changes, maintain professional communication with clients, and build high-trust partnerships.
- Monitor client status, including organizational changes, competitor activities, and shifts in category dynamics or strategies; report relevant information to the LM and jointly adjust cooperation plans accordingly.
- Regularly attend regional meetings to share account performance and project progress with the region.
- Monitor supply status from primary distributors to develop accurate stocking requirements.
- Execute company market development strategies and plans to ensure new product entry into chain accounts.
Product and Industry Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure promotional messaging is consistent with the company's marketing department.
- Study and accurately interpret government retail policies.
- Fully utilize materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products.
Professional Conduct and Compliance
- Strictly adhere to all company SOPs, compliance requirements, and financial policies during product promotion and daily work to ensure all actions align with the company's code of ethics and compliance principles.
- Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and dedication, and be proactive in performing job duties.
- Maintain a professional image, with attire and conduct meeting company standards.

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of sales experience; experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is preferred.
