Strategy and Operations Manager
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and the wider business to turn strategy into execution and scale operations across products, funds, and tokenisation initiatives. Own cross-functional initiatives, identify dependencies and blockers, drive delivery, maintain structured documentation, and communicate priorities and expectations with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, compliant, and scalable operational models for products, funds, and tokenisation initiatives.
- Own cross-functional initiatives end to end, identifying dependencies and blockers and driving delivery across teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce standardisation and automation for scale.
- Align Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, and Business teams around operational readiness and delivery.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate priorities, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions.
- Experience building or improving operational processes in fast-growing or early-stage environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives independently.
- Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, or fund operations is beneficial.
- High drive, ownership, accountability, and comfort operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
