Strategy & Business Development Manager_ME

Job Summary:

Responsible for strategy and business development (with focus on Semi-Conductor area) of the Division Mobility Electronics (ME)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing market intelligence, including market trends & drivers, competitor landscape etc. in semi conductor area (with more focus on IC & IP, MEMS business)
2. Business Field Analysis and Strategy development in Semi Conductor area
3. Strategy meeting preparation, incl. market research & analysis, internal and external presentation preparation
4. Establish close relationship and access to relevant industry ecosystem to get first-hand information about government regulations and policies in order to be able to interpret and derive potential business chance and strengthen relationship with relevant GO, NGOs and associations
5. Responsible for strategic partnership and M&A analysis and projects

1. B.S, M.S. or PhD in (Micro) Electronics, Engineering or Business preferred
2. >5 years relevant working experience in automotive and semiconductor industry
3. Strategic thinking; Structured working style; Self driven and result orientation
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently and effectively in an international team environment
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills
6. Excellent written and spoken English
