Strategic Communications: Own the SDO's communication platforms and strategy fact base, ensuring consistent, clear messaging on portfolio and performance to the network.
Digital & AI Enablement: Define and help realize the digital and AI vision for portfolio and performance monitoring, from scope and design through implementation.
Initiative & Program Support: Provide project structure and execution oversight for selected strategic initiatives, tracking delivery with initiative owners and helping remove roadblocks.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and energize a cross-functional community of contributors and power users across sites, and engage Operations leaders regularly to prioritize initiatives and capture network expectations.
