Student Care Centre Manager — Up to $4,500

Run a centre the way a principal runs a school.

What we offer

• $3,500–$4,500 a month, depending on experience
• Your own centre. We're hiring one Centre Manager each for Thomson Plaza, Bukit Timah Plaza and Marine Parade — one home base, one team, one community of families per hire. This is not a roving cover role; you'll be assigned one centre and that's where you'll be based.
• Real authority over programme, team and centre growth
• Medical coverage
• A 1:12 ratio and proper infrastructure — wholesome meals, gate-to-door transport with live parent updates. You will be running a centre that is set up to succeed, not patching one that isn't.

The job
You own the centre. The experience families have, the team who deliver it, the relationships with parents, and the growth of the centre are yours. This is hands-on leadership — you will be on the floor with the children, not behind a desk.

Growth and enrolment. Own enrolment and retention. Give centre tours to prospective families, understand what they actually need, and convert enquiries into sign-ups. Build the word of mouth that makes families recommend us without being asked.

Students and safety. Manage a mixed-age primary cohort. Keep every child safe through the school-to-centre transition and at dismissal. Respond calmly when something goes wrong.

Programme. Deliver the Curos holistic curriculum — plan content, assign duties, manage resources. Run special events and excursions during MOE school holidays. Bring new ideas: parent talks, enrichment workshops, whatever your families need.

People. Lead, coach and develop your teachers and assistants. Set clear goals, track them, and give feedback people can act on.

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years leading a team — student care, enrichment, preschool, or a service business with real operational responsibility
• Diploma or Degree, any discipline
• Warm with children and parents; steady under pressure
• Someone who wants to build something, not simply keep it running
