What You’ll Do
Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales, operations, and margins
Hire, schedule, and staff to demand within budget
Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s
Plan and promote monthly studio events
Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
What You Bring
2–5 years boutique fitness studio management with measurable results
Bachelor’s in business or related field
Experience operating $600k+ annual revenue
