About Stretch Zone- Stretch Zone is the nation’s premier practitioner-assisted stretching brand, helping members improve mobility, reduce stiffness, recover faster, and feel better. Our Centreville studio is growing, and we are seeking a high-performing leader to drive sales, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Position Summary- We are hiring a results-sales driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations and grow membership base.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, leadership ability, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and performance.

Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive demo-to-membership conversions
- Lead all inbound lead follow-up (calls, texts, email)
- Build referral and retention strategies
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Train team members on closing and client experience
- Be focused on Outreach/Collaboration events
Leadership & Operations
- Manage daily studio operations
- Lead, coach, and hold team accountable
- Ensure a five-star member experience
- Maintain CRM accuracy and KPI reporting
- Keep studio organized, professional, and high-energy
Performance Metrics
- Membership sales
- Conversion rate
- Show rate
- Revenue growth
- Retention
Compensation- $45,000 – $55,000+ earning potential
